• Account, billing, and workspace records are kept while your account is active.
• Raw inbound source content from connected channels is retained for up to 14 days.
• Temporary signal input excerpts used for drafting and review are retained for up to 14 days.
• Saved trend observations used to improve future drafts are retained for up to 30 days unless refreshed sooner.
• Post engagement analytics are retained for up to 90 days, and follower-growth snapshots are retained for up to 180 days.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We may retain limited information for longer when required to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
