4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sarah to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, or defamatory
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or provide through Sarah. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and publish that content solely as needed to deliver the service on your behalf.

7. AI-Generated Content

Sarah uses AI to suggest and draft content. All AI-generated output is a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sarah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Sarah after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
